We collect your first and last name, email address, and phone number to stay in contact. If you choose to share your mailing address we enjoy sending holiday cards, but this is the only purpose to collect the address.

In the fitness intake form we collect data through a questionnaire that helps me assist you with your long and short term fitness and body goals. This data is never shared and only seen by your instructors. Feel free to leave any question, you are uncomfortable answering, blank and answer those that you are comfortable with.

If the privacy policy changes you will get an email details how and why the policy has changed.
