Liz introduced me to MELT Method in 2019. A consistent MELT practice has eased pain and stiffness in my knees, hips and lower back. Liz conducts sessions with clarity, warmth and humor. She is greatly skilled at noticing where I need to make adjustments to exercise more efficiently. Since working with Liz, I've become more cognizant of where I'm holding tension in my body. Learning both MELT and Pilates techniques has helped me to relax and reduce anxiety. I have much gratitude for Liz and highly recommend her as a MELT and Pilates instructor!
