Liz is the one you want as your Pilates teacher. She comes from years of experience teaching in New York City and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to modifying workouts to my unique needs. I feel 100% confident I can share where I'm at on any given day and that it will be met with both expertise and empathy. She knows how to give a great workout, push you how you need it most, and also calm things down as warranted. As a professional dancer, Pilates helps me work out my asymmetries and strengthen all the missing links. Liz also offers Melt classes - I haven't had a chance to do a full session but it's definitely on my bucket list!

Radiant Pilates is the real thing! Liz has such a detailed understanding of muscles and fascia, and such skill with the techniques she teaches, sessions with her feel like some kind of wizardry.
